WE GREATLY APPRECIATE YOUR ORDER!
We strive to process all orders in a timely manner and are currently shipping orders at least once per week. If there is a delay beyond seven days, we will contact you. Please confirm that all shipping address information is correct at checkout, as packages returned to us by the postal carrier due to an insufficient address are subject to a shipping fee for the repeated shipping and handling. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking page to update.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship internationally via USPS. Due to the pandemic orders are processed once a week and due to the nature of international shipping, we cannot guarantee when a package will arrive. International packages are often delayed and may be held in customs for an indeterminate amount of time. Any customs charges, duties, or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of shipping paid. Unfortunately, these fees vary widely and we are unable to estimate what the cost may be. If your order does not arrive after 30 business days, please contact us.
Note for UK customers: At this time, due to increased duty costs, we are not able to ship to the UK. We are searching for ways to include more shipping destinations and apologize that we can not yet include our friends across the pond!
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final but please reach out if there is an issue.
CLASS CANCELATION
Class admission is nonrefundable. If you can not attend a class you've paid for, you may attend a later class of the same name or opt to receive a recorded version of the class. Customer must notify instructor of any changes 48 hours ahead of scheduled class time.
